Easelink | Matrix Charging
I had the pleasure to collaborate with Easelink to create a set of product visuals that bring their groundbreaking Matrix Charging® technology to life in a fully digital environment.
The challenge was to build a custom 3D scene that clearly communicates the elegance of their automated conductive charging system, from the seamless connection between vehicle and charging pad to the broader vision of Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) integration that turns every parked EV into an active node in the energy network. Capturing the technical sophistication of the system while keeping the visuals accessible and compelling required a careful balance between accuracy and storytelling.
Every element of the scene was crafted to reflect the precision and innovation behind the Matrix Charging® system. The materials, lighting and camera work were designed to highlight the quality of the hardware while the animations helped illustrate the invisible intelligence happening beneath the surface, showing how energy flows between vehicle and grid in a way that feels intuitive and inevitable.
The resulting visuals and animations were used to present Easelink's technology at the Wiener Motorensymposium, one of the most prestigious automotive engineering conferences in Europe. An audience of engineers, researchers and industry leaders demands both visual polish and technical credibility, and the goal was to deliver both in equal measure.

A key part of the project was visualizing the same environment across four distinct states, contrasting two scenes depicting a polluted, smog-filled landscape with two bathed in clean air and clear skies. Rather than relying on abstract data or diagrams to communicate the environmental stakes, this approach made the impact of the technology tangible and immediate.
The same environment through two very different futures. By keeping every element of the scene consistent and varying only the atmospheric conditions, light quality and air density, the contrast between the two worlds speaks for itself. It is a simple but powerful way to ground a deeply technical subject in something everyone can understand and feel.
One Starting Point, Three Stories
To present the full breadth of the Matrix Charging® technology in a coherent and fluid way, the project was built around three distinct animations, each beginning from exactly the same camera position. From that shared starting point, each animation takes its own path, guiding the viewer through a different aspect of the technology.
This approach gave the presentation a strong sense of continuity and intentionality, making it easy for the audience to orient themselves while still experiencing each aspect of the technology as its own focused story. Starting from the same place every time was not a limitation, it was the anchor that made the whole thing feel like one cohesive vision.
