Great products start by asking the right question. During this initial phase we combine user research, creative brainstorming, and rapid sketching to uncover unique solutions. Whether you are exploring a new product concept or refining an existing design direction, we’ll help you discover the ideas that matter and shape them into tangible concepts.
Key Deliverables:
Insights Summary – key findings, pain points, needs, and opportunity areas derived from research
Problem Statements & Design Questions – clearly framed challenges and “How might we” questions to guide ideation
Ideation Outputs – documented brainstorming results, idea, and thematic directions
Concept descriptions – concise narratives explaining each proposed concept, its value, and intended user impact
All deliverables are compiled into a polished, presentation-ready document that clearly communicates each concept, making it easy to share, review, and align stakeholders around informed design decisions.

Through sketching, experimenting, and rapid prototyping, we develop and visualize multiple directions. From function and usability to form and materials, we define different potential directions providing as many ideas as possible.
Key Deliverables:
Concept Sketches – hand sketches and visual studies illustrating a wide range of ideas and directions
Rapid prototypes – low- to mid-fidelity prototypes used to explore functionality, interaction, and form
Form, Material & Finish Explorations – studies evaluating shape, proportions, materials, and aesthetic language
Functional & Usability Considerations – early assessments of how each concept performs and is experienced by users
Comparative Overview of Directions – side-by-side summary highlighting differences, strengths, and opportunities
Up to three concepts are compiled into a polished, presentation-ready document that clearly communicates each concept, making it easy to share, review, and align stakeholders around informed design decisions.

Ideas become tangible through iteration. Digital Prototyping (CAD) transforms concepts into precise, testable models using detailed 3D CAD simulations. Form, geometry, assembly logic, and user interaction are explored early to evaluate feasibility, performance, and design intent before committing to production. By refining details, testing proportions, and simulating real-world constraints, digital prototyping brings clarity to complex challenges, reduces risk, and supports confident, well-informed decisions on the path toward final manufacturing.
Key Deliverables:
3D CAD Models – accurate, parametric models representing form, structure, and design intent
Concept refinement iterations – multiple CAD revisions exploring proportions, geometry, and detailing
Assembly and component breakdowns – exploded views and part relationships to define how components fit and function together
Design feasibility assessments – early evaluation of tolerances, constraints, and manufacturability considerations
Functional and interaction studies – digital simulations of movement, ergonomics, and user interaction where applicable
Technical visuals – section views, dimensioned screenshots, and annotated CAD images for clear communication
Presentation-ready document that clearly communicates each 3D file, making it easy to share, review, and align stakeholders around informed design decisions.
3D files can be shared in several different file formants (STEP, OBJ, FBX etc.).

Ideas become real through making. Physical Prototyping transforms digital concepts into tangible, hands-on models that can be seen, touched, and tested. Through rapid builds and iterative fabrication, form, scale, mechanics, materials, and user interaction are explored in the real world to reveal insights that only physical experience can provide.
By evaluating ergonomics, performance, and assembly firsthand, physical prototyping uncovers challenges early, validates assumptions, and accelerates learning. This process brings confidence to design decisions, reduces risk before tooling or production, and creates a clear, informed path toward final manufacturing.
Key Deliverables:
Physical Prototypes – low- to mid-fidelity models representing form, scale, and functional intent
Ergonomic and user interaction evaluations – hands-on testing to assess comfort, usability, and overall user experience.
Presentation-ready document that clearly communicates & explains each prototype iteration as well as all the learnings collected through the prototyping process, making it easy to share, review, and align stakeholders around informed design decisions.
